In my capacity as a mentor and overseer, I led the training and development of two Flutter developers to create the WingiPay app. This involved guiding them through the entire app development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment. Here’s an overview of my contributions:
Training: I provided comprehensive training sessions to familiarize the developers with Flutter, ensuring they had a solid understanding of the framework’s concepts, tools, and best practices. Through hands-on exercises and code reviews, I helped them build proficiency in Flutter development, equipping them with the skills necessary to tackle real-world app development challenges.
Guidance and Oversight: Throughout the development process, I provided guidance and oversight to ensure that the WingiPay app met quality standards and adhered to project requirements. I facilitated regular meetings to discuss project progress, address any challenges or roadblocks, and provide feedback on code implementation. By fostering open communication and collaboration, I empowered the developers to make informed decisions and overcome obstacles effectively.
